Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of KD Power, including our website, progressive web app, Android app, iOS app, and related services provided by RAJARAM TELECOM. By accessing or using KD Power, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Who may use KD Power

You may use KD Power only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and use the service for lawful business or personal commerce purposes.

• You are responsible for providing accurate account, order, and payment-related information.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or device.
• You must not impersonate another person or submit misleading business, customer, or payment details.

Our service

KD Power helps users browse mobile spare parts, repair tools, accessories, and related products, place or manage orders, review transactions, and receive account or order notifications.

Features may vary between the website, PWA, Android app, and iOS app, and some features may be available only to authorized users with specific permissions.

Orders, pricing, and availability

• Product listings, specifications, stock status, and prices may change without notice.
• Adding an item to cart does not reserve stock or guarantee fulfillment.
• Orders may be refused, limited, delayed, or cancelled for reasons including stock issues, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, policy violations, or operational constraints.
• If payment verification is required, order processing may depend on successful review of the submitted information.

Payments and submitted proof

Where KD Power allows you to submit payment details or payment screenshots, you must provide complete and genuine information. False, altered, duplicate, or misleading payment proof is prohibited.

Payment acceptance, reconciliation, and transaction approval remain subject to our internal review and record checks.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, data, network, or feature.
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the app or product data beyond what applicable law permits.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Do not bypass permissions, security controls, or business workflow restrictions built into the app.

Accounts, permissions, and suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that risks KD Power, our staff, or other users.

Access can also be limited based on business role, staff permissions, maintenance needs, or operational policy changes.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your KD Power account and personal profile data from your Profile. Records that must be retained for orders, payments, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance may remain for the applicable retention period.

Intellectual property

KD Power branding, software, product presentation, text, graphics, logos, and app content are owned by or licensed to RAJARAM TELECOM, except where third-party rights apply.

These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any intellectual property rights beyond the limited right to use the app for its intended purpose.

Third-party services

KD Power may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, notifications, storage, device capabilities, or related infrastructure. We are not responsible for the independent terms or policies of third-party platforms, device manufacturers, app stores, or network providers.

Disclaimers and liability

KD Power is provided on an as-available and as-applicable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every product, feature, or notification will always be available or timely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KD Power and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to KD Power will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Delhi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of KD Power after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
